EaseFlick User Agreement

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your access to and use of EaseFlick, including the website located at https://easeflick.com, our mobile applications, related software, features, content, subscriptions, virtual items, and any other products or services made available by or through EaseFlick (collectively, the "Services").

For purposes of this Agreement, "EaseFlick," "we," "us," and "our" refer to EaseFlick and, where applicable, its affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, licensors, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives.

By creating an account, downloading or opening the app, accessing the website, purchasing a subscription, selecting an acceptance button, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement. If you do not agree, or if you are not legally permitted to use the Services, you must not access or use them.

1. Eligibility and Changes to This Agreement

You may use the Services only if you can lawfully enter into this Agreement. If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, you must be at least 16 years old. If you are below the applicable age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept this Agreement on your behalf.

You may not access or use the Services where such access or use is restricted or unlawful.

We may revise this Agreement from time to time at our discretion. Updated terms may be posted on https://easeflick.com, within the app, or through other reasonable notice. Unless otherwise stated, changes become effective when posted. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the changes, your only remedy is to stop using the Services.

2. Accounts and Security

You agree to provide true, complete, and current information when registering or otherwise submitting information to EaseFlick. You must keep that information accurate and up to date.

Unless we expressly allow otherwise, each device may be associated with only one account. You may not sell, rent, lend, assign, share, transfer, or otherwise make your account available to another person.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly at EaseFlickGroup@outlook.com.

We may suspend, restrict, or close an account if account information is false, outdated, incomplete, or if we reasonably believe the account has been misused. Some features may allow you to submit an email address or other information without creating a full account; you remain responsible for the accuracy and security of that information.

3. Limited Permission to Use the Services

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, EaseFlick grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable permission to access and use the Services for private, non-commercial purposes on your own device.

This permission covers free content and features made available through the Services, as well as paid content or subscription features for which you have validly paid, subject to the applicable payment terms.

You do not acquire ownership of the Services, software, content, subscriptions, virtual items, trademarks, or any other rights except the limited use rights expressly granted in this Agreement.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Renewals

Certain content, functions, or benefits may require payment. By purchasing a subscription, virtual item, or other paid feature, you agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, and fees.

Payments may be handled by app stores, payment processors, or other third-party providers. Their terms, billing rules, refund processes, and privacy practices may apply. EaseFlick is not responsible for failures, delays, errors, restrictions, or decisions made by those third parties.

Prices, subscription options, available content, and promotional offers may change at any time unless restricted by law.

Except where required by applicable law or by mandatory platform rules, payments are final and non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, you must contact us at EaseFlickGroup@outlook.com within seven (7) days after the charge.

If auto-renewal is available and you enable it, you authorize recurring charges in advance for each renewal period until you cancel according to the applicable platform or payment-provider process. If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit paid access until the issue is resolved, and you remain responsible for unpaid amounts and related costs.

5. Device Changes and Account Transfer

Moving an account, subscription benefit, virtual item, or other access right to another device is allowed only with our prior written approval and only where you own or lawfully control both devices. We may refuse a transfer request where fraud, abuse, technical risk, platform restriction, or policy violation is suspected.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all materials within them, including videos, text, images, graphics, music, sound, interfaces, software, algorithms, data, designs, names, logos, trademarks, and other brand elements, are owned by EaseFlick, our licensors, or other authorized rights holders.

You may not copy, modify, translate, adapt, distribute, sell, rent, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, scrape, extract, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services unless we give prior written permission or the law expressly allows it.

The EaseFlick name, logos, and related brand assets may not be used without our written approval.

7. User Content, Submissions, and Feedback

If the Services allow you to upload, post, submit, transmit, or otherwise provide content, comments, profile information, messages, or other materials ("User Content"), you are solely responsible for that User Content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights needed to provide the User Content and to grant the rights described in this Agreement, and that your User Content does not violate any law, third-party right, contract, or platform rule.

By providing User Content, you grant EaseFlick a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, display, perform, distribute, promote, and otherwise use that User Content in any format or medium in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and commercializing the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights, attribution claims, or similar rights that would interfere with this license.

Any ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, comments, or other feedback you provide may be used by EaseFlick without restriction, payment, confidentiality obligation, or other duty to you. 8. Acceptable Use Rules

You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes;
  • upload, distribute, or transmit malware, spyware, adware, bots, scripts, or harmful code;
  • interfere with, overload, bypass, probe, scrape, crawl, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, affiliation, or authority;
  • submit or share content that is pornographic, obscene, violent, hateful, threatening, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, exploitative, or otherwise harmful;
  • promote unlawful activity, self-harm, abuse, exploitation, or harm to others;
  • damage or attempt to damage EaseFlick's reputation, systems, partners, users, employees, contractors, or representatives;
  • use the Services for commercial resale, automated exploitation, data harvesting, or competitive analysis without our written permission;
  • violate applicable law, this Agreement, third-party rights, third-party terms, or platform rules.

We may investigate suspected violations, restrict access, remove content, cancel rewards or benefits, report conduct to law enforcement, and take legal action where appropriate. We are not responsible for user conduct.

9. Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods

The Services may offer virtual currency, points, coins, rewards, unlocks, badges, digital items, or similar non-physical features ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items may be earned, granted, or purchased.

Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. They have no cash value, are not property, and may not be redeemed for money or anything of monetary value unless we expressly state otherwise. You may not sell, trade, gift, transfer, exchange, or convert Virtual Items outside the Services.

We may change, limit, suspend, remove, reprice, manage, or discontinue Virtual Items at any time, without liability, to the extent permitted by law. Purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. If your account is suspended, closed, deleted, or terminated, Virtual Items may be lost without compensation.

10. Third-Party Services and External Display

The Services may include links, integrations, content, advertisements, payment tools, app stores, or services operated by third parties. We do not control or endorse third-party services and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, policies, goods, services, or actions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

You may not frame, embed, mirror, reproduce, or externally display the Services without our prior written consent.

If we give written permission for limited external display of approved EaseFlick materials, the external site or page must be lawful, non-commercial, non-competitive, free from advertising unless we approve otherwise, compliant with this Agreement, and must include a visible link to https://easeflick.com together with the notice: "Copyright © 2026 EaseFlick. All Rights Reserved. Used with Permission."

11. Privacy and Personal Information

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described there.

EaseFlick is designed as an entertainment and relaxation experience. The Services do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, legal, or professional advice. Any relaxation-related feature is for general entertainment and personal comfort only.

12. Service Operation, Changes, and Availability

We may modify, suspend, interrupt, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We do not guarantee that the Services, content, rewards, subscriptions, virtual items, or features will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or region.

Delays may occur during holidays, weekends, maintenance periods, high-traffic periods, network failures, platform review processes, payment issues, or events outside our control.

If we detect cheating, reward manipulation, API abuse, automated exploitation, payment abuse, or other violations, we may cancel, withhold, or remove rewards, benefits, virtual items, or access.

13. Suspension and Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by you or EaseFlick.

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may also request account-related assistance by contacting EaseFlickGroup@outlook.com.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated this Agreement, created legal risk, harmed other users, abused the Services, or if we discontinue the Services.

Accounts inactive for one (1) year may be deleted, and associated data, content, benefits, virtual items, or access may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. You must delete Service materials in your possession where applicable. Unless required by law, termination does not entitle you to refunds, compensation, restoration of data, or replacement of virtual items. We may report violations to authorities and pursue appropriate legal remedies.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. EaseFlick disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not promise that the Services will meet your expectations, produce any specific emotional, entertainment, relaxation, financial, earning, reward, or other result, or be free from defects, delays, errors, harmful components, or unauthorized access.

Any earning, reward, promotional, or benefit-related feature, if offered, does not guarantee income, profit, value, availability, or continued eligibility. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EaseFlick, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, device failure, business interruption, or inability to use the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of EaseFlick and the related parties described above for all claims arising from or related to the Services or this Agreement will not exceed the greater of:

  • USD $50; or
  • the amount you paid directly to EaseFlick for the Services during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory, even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose, and even if we were advised that damages could occur. You are solely responsible for your conduct and for complying with applicable laws.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EaseFlick, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

  • your access to or use of the Services;
  • your account, credentials, conduct, or User Content;
  • your breach of this Agreement or any applicable third-party agreement;
  • your violation of law, platform rules, third-party terms, or third-party rights;
  • your misuse of subscriptions, payments, virtual items, rewards, or technical systems.

We may control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification. You may not settle any claim in a way that imposes obligations on EaseFlick or affects our rights without our prior written consent.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the arbitration is commenced. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The arbitration shall be conducted in English unless otherwise required by the tribunal or applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and EaseFlick waive the right to bring disputes in court, including requests for injunctive relief, except where such waiver is not enforceable under mandatory law.

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises. Claims brought after that period are permanently barred to the extent permitted by law.

18. General Terms

Contact. Notices to EaseFlick may be sent by email to EaseFlickGroup@outlook.com. References to written notice include email unless applicable law requires another form.

Device and Network Costs. You are responsible for your device, internet connection, mobile data, carrier charges, software, hardware, and any other costs required to access the Services.

International Access. The Services may be operated from Hong Kong and made available in other regions. You are responsible for complying with local laws when accessing the Services from your location.

No Agency. This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, agency, fiduciary, or representative relationship between you and EaseFlick.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with any referenced policies or supplemental terms, forms the entire agreement between you and EaseFlick regarding the Services and replaces prior understandings on the same subject.

Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective, and the invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced to best reflect its original purpose.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your rights under it without our written consent. EaseFlick may assign or transfer this Agreement without restriction, subject to applicable law.

No Waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Electronic Form. You agree that this Agreement may be accepted and maintained electronically and that no physical signature is required.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except where expressly stated, no person other than you and EaseFlick has rights under this Agreement.

19. Survival

The provisions concerning intellectual property, User Content and feedback, acceptable use, virtual items, termination consequences, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution, and general terms will survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.
